The lunches at St Helen’s are somewhat legendary thanks to the brilliance and creativity of our very own Executive Chef Olivier Hubert . Olivier is known for his delicious food which makes eating well a daily joy for staff, students and visitors. Old Girls returning to the school for our annual reunions never fail to comment how lucky our current students are and how different the food was during their own school years
Owing to the cancellation of this years SHSK Society Garden Party we felt it was only right to share with you, some of Olivier’s recipes, many of which would have been making an appearance in the refectory at the event itself. We hope you are able to recreate and enjoy some of these very special dishes at home!
