Join us for a curated tour of the School and archives, followed by tea in the Refectory.
This event provides the perfect opportunity to return to St Helen's to relive your school days. The tour group is small (maximum 8) to ensure a personalised visit, with plenty of time to see familiar haunts such as School Hall, Chapel and the Refectory, as well as newer buildings like the Jean Duffield Library and its archives and our new Sixth Form Centre, the Benedict Building.
It was wonderful for us to share the enjoyment of seeing the old and the new and delightful to be with ‘old girls’ of different ages who brought so much interest for us with their recollections of more recent years yet still amazed at transformations to the school since their leaving.
The tour was so beautifully orchestrated by you both, gently allowing us to revel in the past and marvel at the present. The personal touches you had prepared uniquely for us was so very, very touching, thank you. We had an absolutely super tour and lovely tea, and meeting some present day 6th formers was doubly energising.

Thank you for such a wonderful afternoon revisiting the school. I can’t believe how much it has changed and yet how much it felt the same. A fantastic event, reminiscing about old times. It was also lovely to hear other year groups experiences of their time at St Helens.

It was wonderful to see the school again, different but so recognisable and strangely comforting! SHSK was a really great school back in the 1970s and I'm so happy to see that it still is!
