Huge congratulations to Cordelia (Cordy) Parker (class of 2013) who completed the 2023 London Marathon in a remarkable time of 02:51.20 – this a new personal best for her by 4 mins 14 seconds.
Cordelia is a member of the Abingdon Athletics Club and as result of her performance she now holds the club record for the marathon. What an amazing achievement!
“It was the hardest thing I’ve ever done, but what an amazing race to be able to take part in. The last 5 miles nearly killed me off, but I’m proud that I kept pushing through the pain” said Cordelia.
We at St Helen and St Katharine are very proud too!
