St Helen and St Katharine (registered charity no. 286892) is registered with the Fundraising Regulator (the independent regulator of charitable fundraising) and follows the Regulator’s Code of Fundraising Practice and the Fundraising Promise.
You can read the Regulator’s Code of Fundraising Practice on their website, but overall they require that fundraising must be legal, open, honest and respectful.
We also believe it should be enjoyable and we work hard to ensure that all of our interactions with current and potential donors are of the highest quality. For this reason, we welcome any comments or feedback you may have. If you have a complaint about how we fundraise, we will aim to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible in a personal, fair and confidential way.
Throughout the complaint process, we will treat you fairly and with respect, keep you informed of progress, respond promptly, and let you know how to escalate a complaint if you wish to pursue it further.
