Since graduating with an arts degree in Humanities, Anna has spent the last 30 years working in the technology and IT sector. Starting with a 10-year career in IT sales, she now helps tech companies across the globe to deliver their growth plans. She’s a Companion of the Institute of Sales Management and was a judge at the 2018 national sales awards – the British Excellence in Sales Management Awards (BESMA). She has been a regular conference speaker and written articles and book chapters on business growth, mentoring and coaching. Alongside her company, Alate Business Growth, she is currently launching a role model campaign to encourage more women into tech through promoting the many positive experiences of women in the sector.
