Abingdon Careers Convention - March 2026

Thank you so much to the many alumnae who returned to support this year’s Abingdon Careers Convention. It was a fantastic evening, bringing together over 120 professionals from more than 80 organisations, representing fields as diverse as engineering, finance, law, the creative industries, healthcare and the armed forces.

We were delighted to welcome over 700 students and parents from eight different schools across the OX14 partnership, creating a vibrant and purposeful atmosphere throughout the evening. It was particularly special to see alumnae attending not only as career representatives, but also as parents, walking around the event with their daughters and sharing in the experience from a different perspective. For some, this may even have been a return to an event they once attended themselves as students.

Alumnae played a vital role in helping students explore different pathways, sharing their experiences with generosity and honesty, and inspiring the next generation as they begin to think about their own futures. A huge thank you to all the alumnae who support this annual event.
