The Per Severa Society was created to recognise everyone who makes a gift to the School of £5000 or more, or who has left the School a gift in their will.
Philanthropy has played a pivotal role in the history of St Helen's, making it the school it is today.
From the Chapel to the Jean Duffield Library, from the Sports Centre to our fully funded Sixth form bursaries, the great generosity of our benefactors has been one of the cornerstones of the development of the School.
To show our profound gratitude for your great generosity, as a member of the Per Severa Society you will be invited to attend a reception at the School in recognition of your gift, be honoured in our donor report, and be recognised in perpetuity on our Per Severa Society donor board displayed in the School (for donations and legacies of £5000 or more).
£5,000 (+GA)
would support a student on a 30% bursary for a whole year
£40,000 (+GA)
would fully fund a two-year transformational (100%) bursary for a Sixth form student
£25,000 (+GA)
per year for 5 years would fully fund a student's bursary for her whole 7 years at the School.
If you wish to support a Sixth form bursary for two years, or a student over the full seven years at the School, you may have the opportunity to name the bursary.
If you would like to learn more about making a significant gift to the appeal, please contact Dr Mathew Iredale, Head of Philanthropy and Alumnae Relations (philanthropy@shsk.org.uk or 01235 520173).
